Karl Jahnke, CEO HRO AssociatesMr. Jahnke founded HRO Associates, LLC in March, 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Jahnke had been in sales and management as a National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Account Executive for over 20 years. Starting out in the personal computer boom in the 1980's as a Division Manager for a large retail chain in Southern California, he soon moved on to the business-to-business arena and became the National Sales Manager for a regional provider of HP hardware, software and service. In 1996, he went on to highly successful stints at Peoplesoft and Compuware. Most recently, Mr. Jahnke has been in the PEO industry working for a leading national HR outsourcer. He is a member of SHRM and the Northwest Valley Chamber of Commerce in Surprise, AZ. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University College of New York at Buffalo



Terri Powell, Pesident and COO HRO AssociatesMs. Powell is the co-founder of HRO Associates. Prior to that, she has been in sales and management for over 15 years. Her broad, successful experience includes positions as a Business Development Manager in the High Tech, Software, Telecommunications, Graphics and most recently in the PEO industry. She is a member of SHRM, the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, NAFE, CSULB Alumni Association and a lifetime member of the Alpha Phi Sorority. Ms.Powell has a Bachelor of Science degree from Long Beach State University. She is involved in various charities and does volunteer work within the community.
